Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The product is unused and unopened
- The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
- The original packaging is intact
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or used perfume bottles
- Items damaged by the customer

- Our team will guide you through the return process
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7-8 business days
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or bank transfer
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with a photo of the product. We will replace it at no extra cost.

- If the exchange item is of lower value, the difference will be issued as store credit
- Shipping charges for exchange delivery may apply
