Refund policy
At ZFRAGNANCE, your satisfaction is our foremost priority. We want every purchase to be a delightful experience, and if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help. You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Sealed and unopened products are eligible for return within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition — unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Damaged or defective products, wrong items delivered, and products affected by packaging damage are fully eligible for return and replacement at no additional cost to you. Please note that opened or used perfumes, sale and clearance items, opened gift sets, and customized or personalized orders are non-returnable, as fragrance products cannot be resold once opened for health and hygiene reasons. To initiate a return, simply email us at zfragnance@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and a photograph of the product if it is damaged or defective. We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions or a prepaid return label where applicable. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days. Please note that standard shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
