At ZFRAGNANCE, we take great care in packaging and dispatching every order to ensure your fragrance arrives safely and in perfect condition. All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

We offer nationwide delivery across Pakistan. Estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 business days. Please note that these are estimated timeframes and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.

We offer free shipping on all orders.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time. If you have not received your order within 8 business days of dispatch, please contact us immediately at zfragnance@gmail.com and we will investigate the matter and arrange a replacement or full refund.
